We are the mother daughter duo and hearts behind Ms. Spudz – Everything Potato: “No” Gravy. Based in planet Brooklyn, our story started back in 2012 at a local farmers market (ENY Farms) and neighborhood festivals — just a table, tent and fryer - and a big dream.

I used to imagine myself with a French fry cart, similar to a hot dog vendor, serving up something simple but full of soul. For a long time, I talked myself out of what I would eventually convince myself was inevitable. I kept thinking, “No one would buy just fries?” But deep down, I knew I had something special — something worth sharing. So, I stepped out on faith and followed the vision that would eventually bring me here with you today.

Ms. Spudz is an all-potato-based food outlet with flavor at its core. We specialize in fresh-cut fries, chips, seafood, tacos, nachos, and more — all served with our signature gourmet dipping sauces, ranging from mild, to sweet, to spicy with delicious and bold flavors.

But the heart of our menu? Grandma’s Original dipping Sauce.

This is the recipe that started it all. Introduced to me as a little girl by my grandmother when we cooked meals to serve the community, this sauce carries her spirit and approval. It’s more than just a best-seller — it’s a reminder of who I am, where I come from, and why I serve. She always told me, “Presentation is everything.” And we bring that into every plate we prepare knowing customers eat with their eyes first.

Our fries are cut fresh from whole potatoes, soaked in a cold-water bath to reduce the starch, then double fried for that perfect crisp, with the fluffiest interior. They’re so rich and satisfying, you really don’t need much more — just a little dip of flavor, a little bit of soul.

Ms. Spudz is a seasonal business and a love letter to comfort food, typically running from May through November — the time when the city’s alive and cravings hit the hardest.

We proudly serve a diverse and hungry crowd: from families to college students, late-night foodies to hardworking professionals. But above all, we serve people who love flavor, culture, and food that feels like home.

From our Brooklyn roots to our five-borough vision, Ms. Spudz is building something bold — a brand that celebrates tradition, reinvents street food, and brings people together, one potato at a time.
